Returns and exchanges
WE gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
WE don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are generally processed within 72 hours of cancellation and appear on your credit card statement within 10 business days (the average is 2-3 days).
Returns must be complete, new and unused in the original packaging. Your return may be refused or a restocking fee assessed should we not receive all items included in your order (including free gifts or additional items included in the order).
At our sole discretion, a restocking fee of 25% may be assessed for damaged packaging or missing items.
